Quarry Bay Marine Lots Nos. 2 and 3.

We beg to enclose Plan of this pro-

perty showing an amended proposal for Diversion' of Pub-

lic Road, also a Tracing giving the Longitudinal Section

on Line of the same.

The road is now shown diverted con-

siderably further back then originally intended when the

Lot was put up and will be a better and more direct Road

than that shown on the Sale Plan.

We understand from Mr.Denby that you

approve this Road and we would ask you to obtain the sanc-

tion of His Excellency the Governor bo the area inter-

vening between our original purchase and the Road, measur-

ing about 527,400 Square feet as shown in Red on the plan

being added to our lots, as we find that the extra depth

which will thereby be provided will much assist our Ex-

perts in planning the proposed works and the earth &C.,

which will be provided by levelling the ground, will be

required for the reclamation of the front.
